Tips For Material Handling Professionals

Dewitt, NY - December 8, 2009: The latest issue of MHEDA Edge, the association's monthly online magazine for young professionals, is now available on the Web at www.mhedaedge.org. One of the centerpieces of the issue is an article titled "Tips For Tackling The New Year." This article gives material handling professionals valuable tips for making the most of the next 12 months.



The theme of the article is one that will be of great value to anyone in the forklift, storage and handling, conveyor or general material handling industry. The first decade of the new millennium is finally coming to a close, and for many in the material handling business, it's good riddance. The decade featured a period of prosperity that was bookended on both sides by deep recessions. The decade ended on a particularly harsh note with a crippling recession that forced deep cuts across almost every industry.



Now, with the new decade comes new opportunity for material handlers. While the economy may not return to its pre-recession peak, it's going to get better.
